Strava Connection Notes
Rodalink Gresik only accesses Strava data after a user explicitly authorizes their own account through Strava OAuth. The application uses Strava ride history to support activity display, maintenance progress, and component wear tracking.
If a Strava connection fails, include the date, the account email used in the app, and a short description of the issue when contacting support.
Data and Access Requests
Users may contact support to request account-linked data deletion or help related to Strava connection issues. Users may also revoke Rodalink Gresik access directly from their own Strava account settings at any time.
Support requests should include enough information to identify the affected account and the issue being reported.
Response Expectations
For faster diagnosis, include the application email address, the issue date, and a short problem summary when contacting support.
